Emma the Chef

 Emma gets to bring her school library books home if she wants. Every now and then, she brings home cookbooks. When she does this, I let her pick one recipe for us to try. This time she wanted to try this Saucy Orange Delight Cake. It fell a bit in the middle since she kept checking it, but it turned out pretty yummy.
