The Easter bunny came to our house this year! We must have all been very good, because we got lots of fun little suprises. Sara got a new dress, some treats, a book, and a movie. Emma got some treats, a coloring book, and some socks. I got some markers, a frame, some nylons, and some magnet clippy things to make my sunbeams lessons easier. Ross got a new shirt and tie, a movie, some socks, and a bunch of candy.

Emma was so excited on Saturday night about the Easter Bunny coming that she had a really hard time falling asleep. We kept hearing her talking to Pinkbunny about it throughout the night.
"In the morning the Easter Bunny will come to our house and put treats in our basket because Jesus died and was Rezzzurcated. We were good and we get treats and in the morning we can eat them and it is really good and Jesus died." (We really tried to get Jesus in there somewhere this year.) We heard little snippets like this up until about 1:00. Consequently, we were unable to rouse her to see her treats until about 9:30. We would have let her sleep longer, but we had to get ready for church!

Yes, they are both wearing the same clothes from the day before. They slept in them. Don't judge me- we were all tired by the time we got home.
