The Blogging Idiot Needs Blogging Help!!

OK- I finally figured out how to not have every post in creation all on the same page, but I can't figure out how all of you got that nice little 'older posts' link. Someone PLEASE throw a digi-bone to this poor computer-illiterate blogging wannabe!
