Snow Ice Cream!

 This has been a weird winter.  There has been very little snow.  I don't really like it.  Anyway, this lack of snow has made us really take advantage of the good snowfalls we have had.  When we got a good snow fall on a Monday, it only made sense for us to celebrate by making snow ice cream for FHE.

 It was yummy. :)

You just take snow, some evaporated milk, and some sugar and mix it all together.  Ross and the girls feel it necessary to add chocolate and sprinkles and stuff, but I just like it plain with the milk and the sugar.
