California Trip: Day 3

We had originally planned to spend this day in Sacramento seeing the sites there and trading off watching the kids and attending the temple. However, after a day of driving to the beach (7 hour round trip) the day before and noting the chunk of change we were putting into ga$, we decided to take it easy this day.

We didn't do anything huge or vacationy except relax. We swam in the pool, played in the rain, had a fun lunch at Red Robin walked around the mall, bought Jack's first shoes, watched a movie at the hotel, played in the hot tub, went out for a quick dinner, got ice cream, and came back to the hotel for another movie and more snuggling. It was exactly what we needed!
